My Tiscali emails are being blocked by Hotmail.co.uk accounts. What is going on??

Hi oldtimer1, email doesn't fall under the compensation umbrella. You could make a complaint to the CEO team to see if there's anything they can do to help you.

Is there any update and when is situation going to be resolved as i am paying for a service which is not delivering!!
If i cannot use my Tiscali emails to communicate with Hotmail accounts then how do i apply for a refund / compensation.

I've had nothing from them. Are you getting a DMARC message when the emails are bounced?

Hi oldtimer1, its likely to be due to spam from the TalkTalk domain if Hotmail are rejecting the emails. I'm not getting any contact with our email team at the moment. As soon as I do I'll post back to let you know what they say.
