HI. As my Tiscali emails are "coming through very slow"with delays of an hour or more sometimes, just wondered if there is an issue with the server ? This is the same on Outlook and Webmail.

I'm not seeing any significant delays for fully authenticated inbound mail.
If the mail you're receiving is being scanned because of a problem with authentication and the mail is just delayed for that reason but otherwise found to be ok then that's going to result in a typical delay of an hour or more depending on how many other inbound mails are being scanned.
