Transitioning my email account from TalkTalk to Everymail now my TalkTalk contract has ended

My TalkTalk contract ended on 2/1/26, but I want to keep my TalkTalk email address. I know I need to subscribe to Everymail to do this. I understand I need to receive a transition email from TalkTalk with a link to enable me to subscribe to Everymail and keep my email address, but I have still not received this email, So I am worrying about losing my email address. What can I do? Very much hoping you can help. Thank you

@fr8ys Thank you for that information, sometimes the sign-up option can be available if a customer uses every mail link, @PaulKev if you are unable to sign up using the link then we suggest you wait for communications from us where we will advise you when you need to sign up. Your email services will not be impacted in the meanwhile.

There is a period of grace where your emails continue with no interruption or payment required.

Quite what this period is is not specified, but you will eventually get a mail with a link to subscribe.

As far as I'm aware you can't manually sign up without the link on the email
