Hello, I have two email accounts one of which I haven't used since I set it up a while ago and on the odd occasion I get the choice of which one to access - recently when i try to open the second one it tells me the password is wrong and when I try to change it it just seems to go back to the log in and I really want to start to use this account more now ?
Any help would be much appreciated - thanks.

Hi there @dougwoody, just to confirm is the email address linked to an active broadband account. If you are unsure, please confirm the email giving you issues on your profile under private notes. Thanks

You can first check TalkTalk Email Manager at, https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/myaccount/?#/mailbox-manager
You should be able to see both of your email accounts there.
Have you received or sent any emails using, the inaccessible email address?
