Hi there @DaveBBL, thank you for reaching out to us, we are so sorry you have contacted us about an issue with your services. I understand how frustrating it can be to suddenly stop receiving incoming messages, especially when everything else seems to be functioning correctly.
Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:
-Ensure that your email account settings are correct. Verify that your incoming mail server settings (IMAP/POP) are configured properly. If you have recently changed your password, make sure it has been updated in your email client.
-Although you mentioned checking filters, please double-check to ensure there are no rules set up that might be inadvertently directing incoming emails to another folder or deleting them.
- Check if your email account has reached its storage limit. If your inbox is full, you may not be able to receive new messages. Consider deleting unnecessary emails or archiving them to free up space.
-Ask a friend or family member to send you an email from a different email address. This can help determine if the issue is specific to certain senders or if it affects all incoming mail.
-If possible, try accessing your email from a different device or web browser to see if the issue persists.
If you’ve gone through these steps and are still unable to receive emails, please let me know, and I can assist you further. It’s important to resolve this issue so you can continue to communicate effectively.
-Fez.
