I have an issue regarding Everymail subscription. I wasn’t paying for emails since I left TalkTalk broadband, but just before the Everymail announcement I registered to pay by Direct Debit, though no payment has yet been taken. I can’t see how to subscribe to Everymail. I appear to be able to login to email through Everymail, but there is no link to subscription plans showing there and when I follow the instructions I just go round in circles. Their chatbot isn’t very helpful and keeps telling me to do the same thing, which doesn’t work. Does this mean that I am automatically subscribed to Everymail? This is my primary email, which I desperately don’t want to lose access to. I have had no warning banners either. I am quite elderly and am finding all of this very confusing and stressful.

Thank you for reaching out regarding your Everymail subscription issue. I understand how confusing and stressful this situation can be, especially when it involves your primary email account.
Based on your description, it seems that you may have registered for Direct Debit but have not yet been charged. Since you can log in to your email through Every mail, it’s possible that your account is still active, but you may need to complete the subscription process to ensure continued access. Have you checked for any emails from Every mail regarding your subscription status or any changes to your account? sometimes important information can be missed in the inbox or spam folder.

No. There is a further link to enable downloading of existing emails if you don’t want to go to Everymail, and a link to TalkTalk support page, which I have tried, but it doesn’t help either. But no link or banner at the bottom.

Is there no banner or option at the bottom? Thanks

I received an email on 1 July with an instruction to click here to sign up to Everymail. This is what I did, and I have reached a page that gives me access to my emails, with a web address of tt.everymail.com. However, there doesn’t seem to be any way to get from there to a subscription page.

Hi JR1953. You should have received an email with the sign up link. Please double check if you haven't received it.
