Trying to change password, "Email not owned by this account"?

I've had some strange messages from Zettle, saying that my bank details have been deleted. I checked, and they had. When I contacted them to say that that was not me, they said that my email must have been hacked. So I've come over here to try to change my password. Got logged in, tried to do just that, only to receive "This email is not owned by this account" - what's going on, and why can I not change my own password, please?

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Hi @deMylistrahil I think you need to talk to Zettle first using none of the links provided in their "strange messages"

 

Then I'd be setting up a secure email address, not dependant on any ISP.

 

Then on Monday the Talktalk team will be in and should be able to clear this up.
