Lack of spam

I have been aware for many years that not all emails sent to me are getting through. There is never anything in my spam folder. Do Talktalk take it upon themselves to decide what is spam and delete it rather than put it in my spam folder? Is there anything I can do to rectify this?

Hi Delta25a, please start a new topic and let us know if you're using webmail or a mail client?

Just back off holiday. Looked at my email account and it only shows 5mb of emails still. The oldest being 20 Feb 2025.
Please explain where all the previous emails are since joining TalkTalk.
It has never shown more than the 5mb.
There are no spam emails, and I've deleted none.
I look forward to a proper response.

Hi Walkergirl1, there are many reasons for rejecting mail. We reject millions per day to protect our customers and their email contacts. If you believe mail that you should receive is being denied to you please send me a personal message with the affected email addresses and I'll run checks and if necessary add them to the current incident.
