Hello!
Taking Gliwmaeden2's advice I'm starting a new Topic.
I haven't been receiving emails from Tesco, (Order Confirmations, Order Changes or Receipts) all that come from the address no-reply@mail.tesco.com if that helps, since the 30th of January. I was receiving emails on the 25th of January so the problem must've started between then.
I check my Spam Folder in Webmail and my local Junk Folder regularly so I know it's not a case of emails being misfiled, it's a case of emails not making it to my account to be filed in the first place.
And although I do have one Filter it only files specific emails into my Spam Folder, so even if an email from Tesco did get caught by my Filter it would still only be in my Spam Folder where I would find it. (Please don't disable my Filter again, Ady 😅)
I was just wondering again if you're still out there, Ady, if would it be possible for you to file a Fault or Incident Ticket for this like I see you do for other Users please?

Hi all, if you aren't the first poster on the this topic I.E. lilyflower, please start a new topic make sure TESCO is in the topic title and in the body of your post and I'll get you added to the incident to give it more weight.

Me too for two weeks now. They tell me a fault with Talktalk. Please sort this out.

I am also having problems and not receiving e.mails from tesco. Its about time that talk.talk got a grip and solved
this problem. After all we are still paying for this service.

I just wanted to say thanks, as others have, for opening an Incident Ticket for this, Ady, as I know that's as much as can be done here.
I see more and more Users posting about being unable to receive emails from Tesco and am hoping the more that post and can be added to the Incident Ticket, the quicker the scale of the problem will be seen and maybe made more of a priority?

Spoken to Tesco customer services, been advised that my account with them has been blocked because it's linked to a Talk Talk mail account. PLEASE CAN THE ISSUE WITH BLOCKED EMAILS BE RESOLVED QUICKLY AS I AM UNABLE TO GET ANY SHOPPING UNTIL IT IS. Is there an ETA on the issue?

I've opened an incident ticket for this issue. I've added all those of you reporting it here on the community. Hopefully, they'll quickly find the fault and fix it.

I spoke to Tesco customer service today and they are well aware of this problem. Many people have been in touch about it. They say it isn't them that's not sending emails, its TalkTalk not accepting them.

I have been having the same thing when I want access my online order. It is making me lose my hair. Strangely, there is no problem with the messages from Tesco asking "Is this you?" I am having no problems with emails from other organisations or friends. Must be something to do with Tesco.
