Unable to access TT webmail on certain browser

Hi

 

On attempting to log into my TT webmail account this morning, I have received the following error:

 

User is deactivated (AUTHORIZATION-0001)

 

I am not aware of any issues regarding my TT account and have a run a live connection test which came back fine.

 

I am using a desk top computer with Windows 10 and Firefox as my browser.

 

However, having tried an alternative browser (Microsoft Edge), the log in was successful.

 

Please can you advise regarding the circumstances in which the error has outlined above is received. I have not made any changes to my user profile but has this been amended without my knowledge?

The browser is holding on to the information on the interim mail platform website address.

 

What you need to do to ensure complete removal of the old data is to do a full browser reset. If this is Chrome, for example, then in the Chrome settings is a Reset settings option that restores default settings and clears out browser history, cache and cookies.  Do that and it'll work.
