Every time I try to log in I get 'User Is Deactivated (Authorization-0001)', and I have to request a reset password, which works until I log out and try to re- log in.

Have you bookmarked the old website address? If you're not using the current website address you will get the User Deactivated message because that will be referring to where your un-migrated mailbox was not where it is now.
Use this login:
Select here: Sign in to TalkTalk Mail
Enter your full TalkTalk Mail email address, select Continue and enter the password, select Sign in. And update the browser bookmark so that next time you're using the current website address.
Let us know that you can successfully sign in repeatedly using the current credentials. If you do need any additional help then let us know.
