Unable to send email Outlook 2019

Using Outlook Desktop client I've checked listed settings against https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Articles/Email-settings-to-access-TalkTalk-emails/ta-p/2204399

 but receive the following message when sending email.

 

 

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

 

      Subject:    

      Sent:  16/11/2023 17:38

 

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

 

      'test-mail@talktalk.net' on 16/11/2023 17:38

            Server error: '453 4.1.1 3gJZrKxAAw68C Too Many Recipients (TT502)'

 

Webmail is working when I tested. 

 

When Googling this issue it looks like TalkTalk have helpfully Archived all of the articles that crop up.

 

Please advise ASAP.

TT502 means you have exceeded the daily limit for sending mail messages. A stop on sending has been triggered. The full sending allowance will be returned in the 24 hours after the stop on sending was applied. If you wait 24 hours then your mailbox will be back to normal.

 

Just a tip on using the test-mail@talktalk.net function. That will respond to an email address once per day only. Don't use that multiple times from the same mailbox expecting to see a response each time.
