Unable to send email - account marked as SPAM - Blocked by TalkTalk

Hi all,
Any clues on how I can have my email account unblocked by TalkTalk?
Raised help-desk ticket - but going around in decreasing circles with this...
Last response I received from the helpdesk team is that I could not use my TalkTalk email address for my billing address, and recommended that I change this to a Gmail or Hotmail account!! WTF!
Reading other forum chats, it would appear that my due diligence in reporting SPAM emails to the Phishing email account has rendered my account as a sender of SPAM!! WTAF !! So penalised for sending notifications!!
Any help gratefully received!

Hi Bill,
Thanks for your reply. I can log into "myaccount" by using my Talktalk email address.
The issue is that I'm unable to send email from my Talktalk email address, the account has been blocked by Talktalk. Hence my second screenshot of the error message. I'm able to receive emails, but I've noticed traffic has reduced, so also concerned there maybe other issues afoot. I've changed my password to a very strong version.
I was totally confused as to why I need to change my email to access my Talktalk account, as I can access my bills, etc. no problem. And I haven't raised this as the issue or error, hence my WTAF response.

To answer your question, can you tell me how you currently login to you main TalkTalk MYACCOUNT?
Don't you already use a non-TalkTalk email account to login to MYACCOUNT? i.e. a Gmail or Hotmail account, or something else?
I was forced to do this over a year ago. (And I now use a non-TalkTalk email account to do this.)
Once you change the way you login to MYACCOUNT, that's where you'll see your TalkTalk bill.
