Like a lot of other people, I find that I am unable to send emails using my talktalk email addresses, despite being a broadband customer. I've added the relevant email addresses to my profile, and hope that this is sufficient. My account number is XXXXXX.
A very frustrated, and long standing (back to Tiscali days with various different contracts) Talktalk customer.

Hi Kanya,
In answer to your three questions -
1) No (not to my current Broadband account, only one on 17th July to email account attached to my previous contract with you)
2)No sign up option
3)Unable to send emails from any of my email addresses

Hi kanya, , i can confirm that an escalation has not been raised on my behalf concerning signing up to Everyman.
I have never used talktalkmail, although I use three email addresses ilisted on my profile as requested, and had one message in July concerning Everymail and assumed it was ot relevant. Silly me.

Hey there, @peggoty. We aware of this ongoing isssue particulary on our active broadband customers. We are working to resoter emails and progress has been made. We may need to understand if an escalation was ever raised on your behalf concerning receiving comms incorrectly about signing up to Everymail?
