Unable to send onetel email via relay.plus.net

Hello

 

I get the following message in a bounceback email:

 

Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550 5.7.509 Access denied, sending domain [ONETEL.COM] does not pass DMARC verification and has a DMARC policy of reject. [AS5PR09MB6841.eurprd09.prod.outlook.com 2023-05-31T10:48:20.706Z 08DB61881E756741] [FR3P281CA0067.DEUP281.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM 2023-05-31T10:48:20.716Z 08DB6097E8992BE9] [VI1EUR02FT029.eop-EUR02.prod.protection.outlook.com 2023-05-31T10:48:20.723Z 08DB60F897626EAB]

If your onetel mail address is still active you'll be able to use it with the secure mail settings and any appropriate client. If its limited then you'd be stuck with webmail.

I don't have a current TT account, so can't use TT mail settings to send.

 

I have been able to send with plusnet relay until a few days ago.
