Windows Live Mail is an inherently insecure deprecated product not supported by TalkTalk Mail. The settings are not correct because the product does not support the StartTLS security command for outgoing mail nor does it support the TLS 1.2 encryption standard required for TalkTalk Mail. Please cease using. The product has not been supported by Microsoft with security updates for 7 years.
