I am receiving the same error message "User is deactivated (AUTHORIZATION-0001)" when trying to log in, and had managed to temporarily fix it after speaking to support, only for the issue to reoccur the next day.
Can somebody do the same they did for Floridalady and have the support team remove my account from the deactivated/deregistered list?

Excellent news and just what I wanted to see. So, just delete any previous browser bookmarks and bookmark the new login URL: https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/appsuite and you'll be fine from here onwards.

Hi Gondola,
Right enough, found the appropriate link and it worked out fine.
Thanks for the help.

Are you using a browser that has bookmarked the TalkTalk Mail login? It's likely that the bookmark links to the former mail platform.
Select here: Sign in to TalkTalk Mail
Enter your full TalkTalk Mail email address, select Continue and enter the password, select Sign in.
If your mailbox is active and not suspended then you'll get signed in and be able to send new emails and see received mail messages in the Inbox.
Let me know what you find.
