For the attention of the support guys.
I have had my email account deactivated so I can access using webmail only. This was due to me using Windows Live Mail to read my email. I understand this is not a secure peice of software. I have now installed Outlook 365 desktop App. I can receive emails but cannot send, they just sit in my outbox.

Hi bobsgolf, it sounds like you're not using the correct outgoing settings. Have you checked that you're using ALL the secure settings?

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
