Nice shiny new web page, just missing email, the only thing I use it for! Is this some daft attempt to get more traffic through more pages or is it a really poorly thought out redesign?

Taking a leap here in how your work works, but if you have a storage for documents that is specific to your work profile maybe set up a file in word and / or other applications you use so once an application you are using us open you open a document that only contains the link which acts as a shortcut?

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, I use webmail because I use multiple work laptops at multiple locations and we run a pretty high level of security that doesn't allow bookmarks for non-validated sites.

I'd suggest adding a bookmark to email login once on the page I linked to.

What changes to the email service? I haven't received any notification of changes, surely, the most basic of customer service would advise customers of upcoming changes?

Equally, it doesn't really explain why TalkTalk decided to remove the nice, simple link to the email sign-in. Are we really expected to scroll down pages of nonsense to get to the link at the bottom? I'm all for improving products, but this is a clear step in the opposite direction.
