I don’t have TalkTalk broadband but have talktalk email address. I’m having trouble signing up to Everymail. It just takes me round in circles

Hi,
Please start your own thread as each case is considered unique and it is easier for support to be given to one person per thread and also less confusing.
To start your thread click the Browse button, then Help With Your Service and select the appropriate category. You will then see a Blue Button "Start A Topic"

I've received a pop up & red banner from Everymail that I can't delete. I'm unable to send emails. On the 8th Sept I'll lose access to emails entirely. If I haven't transfered to them by 31st Oct email address, account, data will be removed permanently. I've had a contract, land line, broadband, wifi & fibre 65 with talk talk for many years. Help would be much appreciated! Many thanks.

Have you received an email telling you you need to transfer, or see a red banner when you open Webmail, or cannot send emails?

If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
