Receving the following error message when sending emails.  Have tried and failed to have the email account unblocked via chat and customer services telephone line.

Message could not be sent to the following recipients: ["???????????@hotmail.com" <?????????@hotmail.com>] (554 - 554 5.7.1 <?????.??????@talktalk.net>: Sender address rejected: You are blocked sending mail).

Hi - I am a current broadband customer.  I have not had an email re transfer of email to Everymail.  I did my email account hacked and believe this may be why the email account is blocked.  The email account affected has address a?????.h?????@talktalk.net

Are you a current broadband customer, or a previous customer who has returned to TalkTalk, or a mail only customer?

 

Have you recently had an email concerning transfer of your email to Everymail?

 

Please let is know so further advice can be offered.
