disappearing folders

hi, a lot of my e mail folders have disappeared from my talktalk account. i did have about 15 sub folders, including things like car insurance, receipts etc, but all but 3 have disappeared. if i search in e mail, i can find individual e mails from the missing folders, but this is a hassle as too many e mails across all the missing folders. HELP

hi Ady, yes most of my extra folders have disappeared. both on pc and when logging in on i phone. i can find items in the missing folders by searching mail, but can't see the folders
