I  occasionally  get a notification from a person trying to email me that their email has not been delivered to me thus :-  

 

 I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not
be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.

For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster.

If you do so, please include this problem report. You can
delete your own text from the attached returned message.

The mail system

 

xxxx host at tekne-co-uk.mail.protection.outlook.com[104.47.5.36]
said: 550 5.4.1 All recipient addresses rejected : Access denied.

Any body got any ideas??

I don't believe the issue is in our end hence you've mentioned some IT work was done recently, and the fact it's only one sender having issues. Please ask the sender to run checks on his end, you can also test by sending them an email to see if the receive it. Thanks

Hi   I would assume they have..  I left the firm at least 7 yrs ago and before that they were sending me email ok.

they had an off site guy dealing with their IT side who I contacted at the time and he couldnt shed any light on the issue.     Best Regards

Thank you for sharing this information. If I may also ask, have you tried getting in touch with them to check if they have your correct email address registered to their systems?

Hi Sabelo-TT     Thanks for your reply.  I am receiving all other emails normally.   Its just if a sender has a problem they get that message and it includes that tekne-co-uk email address.  I used to work at Tekne and  so somehow their system has infiltrated mine causing a problem.    The other thing that occurs involving my email address  is there are certain sites where it asks for my email address  to send a password to.  This can fail as well.   My last employer sent payslips via email and I had to log into Sage HR to retrieve them.  I have just done this but forgot the password so clicked the link to send a link Sage HR ImageSage HR Image to my email....  see attached image...but this fails.. I dont get the email.

@deefield, apart from that specific domain, are you receiving any other emails normally?

@deefield, I've edited your post a little so that nobody can click on that possibly live email address.
