email problems.

Hi my problem is that to log into my investment account they email me a time sensitive code which expires after 15 minutes which arrive in my inbox 1 or 2 days after they were sent they say that talktalk are delaying forwarding them to me i no longer have access to my account until this problem is sorted by talktalk.

I'm sorry to hear this. Can I just confirm, are the emails going into the junk/spam folder first?
