There is no longer any staff support on the forum. You must use live chat (through My Account) or phone 03451 720088 (closes at 7pm) to make sure that all your email addresses are recorded as associated with your current broadband account.
The agent must complete a webform that needs to be processed on your behalf.

I am just catching up with the Talktalk threads and noticed that @frankb85's details had been displayed for all the world to see for the past three hours
@frankb85, it's important that you never post such information in the public thread. It looks like you have already completed personal details in the profile area which only you and staff can access, so they would be able to identify your account from that information.
Other information, like the email addresses for example, can be added in Private Notes, near the end of that section. Always remember to SAVE CHANGES.
@amahle-TT, it's best if staff never leave the personal details information on display when you spot them in a public thread.
