hi can not set my secondery email accounts on talktalk app but works just fine on thunderbird have checked my settings

Hi Pete, there is an issue with secondary mailboxes in the webmail app at present. Our supplier are working to fix it for us.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Good to know you can access your mail messages and send new mail messages via Thunderbird. I'll assume webmail is working ok for all email accounts by signing in / signing out / signing in to each mailbox individually.
So, what's not working in terms of setting up the added email accounts to a primary login?

When you've entered the details of the added email account and double checked then select the blue Save button.
