@Ady-TalkTalkYou told me to open a new case and PM you the affected email addesses (x5). I have done this .

Very occasionally 1 gets through but the vast majority never arrive. This happened a few year ago as well, that took you a few days to resolve

I've replied to you. I've retested this morning and it appears to be working normally. Can you retest and let us know?
