Is TalkTalk sending out email to ask you to confirm and accept new terms of service and privacy policy in order to continue to receive mail after 27 March?

Very doubtful. 

 

Hover over the sender's details and it's probably not a TalkTalk address.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
