error message talktalk email

I'm getting this error when I try to log into my email account
"Some mandatory configuration could not be loaded.
(namespace)"
It's been like this for about 8 hours. talk talk is ok until something goes wrong and you are at the mercy of what must be the worst customer service. I rang earlier but could not understand what the call handler was saying. after being with TT for over 20 years I think it's time to find a better provider.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
