Hi @curlew11 

The deletion after 30 days is a TalkTalk Mail system setting and is not adjustable by the user.

What I suggest is that you create a Task to review the Trash folder. The task could repeat every 4 weeks (28 days) say and this would notify you to review what's in the Trash folder just in case a mail message got inadvertently deleted.
