Hi @mandisa1-TT I'd love to help but after several attempts, group emails to bemused friends and family and I  cannot create a distribution list! I hope @albert1199 has had More success and look forward to hearing from him.

I do not get the option to set up a distribution list from the 3 dots drop down menu after selecting an email with the addresses on it

Hi @albert1199, please use the above link provided it will guide you on how to create a distribution list in webmail, if that doesn't help let us know a little bit more about the trouble you are having setting this up and we can take a look for you.
