I have recently left talktalk and was told i could take out an annual subscrition and my email account would still reamin active however whenever i try to access webmail to open the paid account it tells me my password is not recognised. I have followed change my password procedure but still no luck. How do i transfer my talktalk email to webmail?

Not since I said I was closing my account, I was told over the telephone by the agent I would have to take out a Every mail contract but as I have said whichever way I try to do this it doesn't work. If Talktalk have a way/link of doing this I would appreciate receiving it.

Did you receive my reply, I am having problems with talktalk sending email? Is it possible to send me a link to join everymail, I am becoming concerned Talktalk will close my account before I have taken out an everymail account and every option I have tried with everymail doesn't work.

Okay so I've just noticed you have a disconnected account meaning you need to sign up to everymail, hence you mentioned your unable to sign up using the link provided on the comms that were sent out I'll just escalate this for you and hopefully it's resolved as soon as possible okay. I'm really sorry about the inconvenience it must be causing you. Thanks

As precaution I would advise you firstly save all emails that are important while we have this looked into, I'll just check if you have an active broadband account as I'll need that information before we continue. Please also confirm if you've received any comms from us? Thanks

I was told I could join webmail by TT prior to my account being closed however after the account closure all my attempts to join Webmail (Everymail) failed – the application failed to recognise my account password. I am still receiving and sending emails using TalkTalk however I am concerned that once I am out of the post account support period all my account addresses will be lost.
