I have for many years had two lineone email addresses, both of which TalkTalk Support has recently linked with my broadband account.
Both were working normally on Friday but, by the evening, the s....o one had gone awol. It shows as present in Webmail but with an error indicator, a ! character in a triangle. All traces of it has just vanished from my mail app.
Can Support please investigate and get in touch by email, text or pm, but not phone, so that I can provide more information?
My own take is one or more setting has been changed and is now incorrect.
