new mailbox set up

why cant we create new mailboxes and when will the service be restored - the issue has been going on for some time and is not really acceptabile - please don't give the answer that it is suspended without giving us some idea of the time scale for when the function will be restored - considering that TalkTalk is flooded with phishing attempts at present the ability to set up a new mailbox is vital and the deafining silence from support is not welcome

Hi rattus1, the ability to create a new mailbox hasn't been available for over a year now and I have no information as to when or if it will return.
