not receiving emails

I am not recieving all emails. Some from people who are in my contacts list and I am getting some of their emails, (they then forward the one they originally sent so I can see they sent it and it is nowhere, not in spam or anywhere, just disappeared into the ether!). What is happening as it's very annoying, I've missed some important emails.

I have exactly the same issue . Missing emails from known good sender. Very annoying.

Thanks for those, I'll raise a fault ticket with them. Hopefully it'll get fixed quickly.

I don't know as I don't get the emails but some are info@enhancebeauty.uk reservations@ovatu.com postman@ovatumail.com one containing moltonbrown, there are lots more I'm sure. Also please answer the other question re signing off device please

I am still not receiving all my emails. Also in my security settings in the devices section, it says I am logged in to a device I don't recognise and when I try to log out of that or out of all devices it gives an error message. What do I do?

Hi ally11, do the senders get any bounce back messages? If they don't please send me a private message with their email addresses and I'll run scans to see if we blocked them.
