I use both. I have checked my spam folder (innumerable times) and the emails are not coming through. However, I tried a different TalkTalk address, and one did come through. So we will see what happens from now on. Failing that I will have to resort to Outlook, Hotmail or Gmail!

Hi @RoxWal can you confirm if you are using webmail or a 3rd party.

Yes I do. So far as I know all my other emails in that address are coming through with no problems. I was wondering if I ought to throw the sponge in and use my other email address instead.

Do you still have an active broadband account with TalkTalk?

Yes, I am still having problems. I have made sure the email address has been added to my senders list. I have checked it is the correct address, etc.

How are you accessing your mails? Via Webmail or a third party client such as Outlook or Thunderbird?

If 3rd party, have you checked your webmail?

Are they going to spam, or are you saying they are not coming through at all? If the latter, how do you know they've been sent but not received.

Are the addresses of the sender in your address book?

Staff are not back now until Monday to pick this up.

You are in the staff's queue for a response.
For a quicker reply can you please ensure you have your personal information up to date in your profile including your TalkTalk landline phone number so your account can be traced. Link here - https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile:personal-info
If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.

Also, in the private notes field can you please add the affected Senders email addresses and also your affected email address.

Please post back when done.

Thank you
