setting up new mailbox, set new mailbox in mailbox manager but cannot see it sending or receiving

my mail manager shows my to mail boxes set up bur onyl the original one is working. the new one is not sending or receiving?

While adding the information to Private Notes, @Drover10011, you might as well check that all Personal Information is completed. Whenever you add information to your community forum profile, always SAVE CHANGES.

Hi there @Drover10011, allow me to check if the second email is linked to the account. Please update your private notes and add the email giving you issues so I can have it looked into right away. Thanks
