Hi, I have not been able to log on to my email address that I've had for such a long time XXXXXXX@Tinyworld.co.uk. It looks like the account may have been corrupted as the recovery email address is not one of mine and I can't use the tinyworld email address to recover the account as I cannot access the emails. Help is needed. Please use XXXXXXXXX@googlemail.com to contact me directly to advise how i might gain access to my tinyworld emails again. Thank you

Hi Simonreid, your mailbox has been hacked. I've turned off the mail divert that was sending your mail elsewhere. You need to run scans on ALL of your internet connected devices with a good quality AntiVirus and Malware scanner. Once you've done that send me a personal message with the affected email address, alternate email address and mobile number to allow you to reset your password via the Password Reset Tool. Do not post these details on the community.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

@Simonreid, displaying your email address in a public thread is precisely how scammers harvest addresses.....

 

Please take a look at the forum guidelines. 

 

For Talktalk staff to identify your account, please complete your community forum profile details. Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu. Add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. 

 

Add the specific email address you are having trouble with in Private Notes, near the end of that section. SAVE CHANGES. 

 

You may receive notifications by email to alert you to a response in the thread, but these are from a No Reply address, so don't respond to them, but post back on here in the thread.

 

Staff will respond during the day, and they will let you know if they need further information. Secure information can be sent directly by Private Message if they require it.
