ukgateway emails not being received by icloud emails

Dear All

 

I have a ukgateway email which works fine but... emails are not getting through to anybody who has an icloud.com email address. Apple say:

Your ISP may be blocking the protocol used to send emails (SMTP) across their network. Contact your service provider and ask about SMTP traffic that crosses their network to an external service, such as iCloud. If your service provider blocks SMTP traffic, ask them how you can be exempted from SMTP blocking.

Anybody got any ideas how I can get exempted?

Hi SHL01, I've just heard that Apple were contacted and it appears they found out they had put a filter in place blocking mail from TalkTalk domains. They've removed that now and you should be able to send those mails again.
