yet again tinyworld not sending

Yet again tinyworld emails not sending. Every month the same - presumably talktalk can't pay the bills to someone at the end of the month and our emails are the lowest priority. Usual things on the 'help' bots - it is like groundhog day. When will this be fixed and an explanation given? Status says no problems with email on the website as always.

@mdp1234 This has been now raised as an incident and being looked at by the incident team, so hopefully will be sorted once and for all.

 

As it's affecting many people there is nothing that you can do individually that will resolve this.

 

Updates as they are received will be advised.

@mdp1234 we understand your concerns and if you wish to receive a deadlock letter to escalate the issue, please get in contact with the complaints team.

Tried both Just ends in dead ends, even suggested we go to the community area. Talk talk is a failed company, this now has be taken to the regulator.

@mdp1234, if you have an open complaint, staff on the forum cannot duplicate the work that's already going on into finding a resolution. You need to stick to one pathway.

Yes, the complaints team post a time and then ring at a different one. Tinyworld emails are still not sending- please can someone senior at talk talked explain when this will be fixed. The frequency with which this is happening is unacceptable.

I understand that on the 13th of June 2025, the complaints team attempted to reach you to inform you that the issue had been resolved. However, since they did not receive a response from you after advising that the issue was fixed, your complaint has been escalated to a 'no customer contact' status. This status will remain for 28 days.

There are no checks needed at my end. We have the same recurrent issue from talktalk - it is talktalk who need to sort this out (like they have supposedly done every month since January). It is not a customer problem - please get someone to deal with it.

Still not working, still nothing on the website re. talktalking failing to run email services, no one getting in contact!

Is anyone there in talktalk working on this please!!

So, despite multiple complaints from people today and the abysmal history of this, talktalk will do nothing? I do not understand how this can be considered an isolated incident!

I understand however, we are monitoring at how many customers are having the issue for it to be declare as an incident at the moment we can only run checks.

Please have a look at the history of this - it is not an isolated incident. Also, please look and see how many customers today are experiencing exactly the same - there are multiple customers complaining. It needs fixing once and for all.

I understand your frustrations however, at the moment we can only treat this as an isolated incident and complete checks for a possible fault however we are monitoring how many customers are experiencing the same issue. Would you like to proceed with the checks.

I am sorry but every month talktalk have the same failure, we do not need to go through customer diagnostics each time.

Every month we are told it is fixed. This is NOTHING to do with customers and everything to do with talktalk - please can you just escalate this as it is the same issue as every month. If you do a search for tinyworld emails you will see endless monthly email trails with the same issue and the same platitudes about it being fixed from talktalk. It has now happened every month from January and each month we are told it has been resolved. Please can you communicate this to whoever at talktalk is responsible for it. It does not require each customer to run a diagnostic test - it is wholly down to talktalk.

I understand however, the issue was escalated and as per notes on the account the issue was resolved. You have advised that you are having the same issue, we will need to run checks again. Now we've confirmed you have a working internet connection we can continue. I need to know what device are you using when accessing your email?

Do we have to go through this every month? It is the same issue every single month. It is a fault of talktalk and needs fixing at their end. I have opened the website
