2.4GHZ band "down"

My 2.4GHz band on my router is "down" (in it's words)

 

i've tried resetting and it makes no difference, i can't even broadcast the wifi on a seperate SSID

it has the latest software version, and it's pointing towards a hardware fault

 

Please take a look at this ASAP

I've ordered the router as requested, it should be with you within a couple of days but please allow up to 5 working days for delivery
