I moved house on 13th December. Original order was for Fibre65 to go live on 20 December. Order was cancelled without notice.
A second order on new account was due 6 January. It was rejected without notice.
A third order on another new account due 20 January was rejected today.
I have spend 7 hours phoning, whatsapping chatting and emailing Talktalk without success. Complaint CMP-814420 has got no where.
Url offering help in reply to my Trustpilot review doesn't exist.
Can anyone help please? Really don't know what to do next to get Talktalk to fulfill one of my orders. Seems no point raising a fourth order

What is the 'Trustpilot review' about?
You have not told anyone what your problem is about.
Were you a Talktalk customer?
Did you tell them that you wanted to continue as TalkTalk customer at your new location?
What is the reason TalkTalk gave you, when they cancelled your order?
When you phoned them, the 2 later times, did you ask them what the reason was?
