Am I being paranoid or what

12 months ago I was offered 150 fiber service I live in a 5 flat/appartment complex in August openreach came and installed the cable on the openreach web site for postcode they listed the complex both as flats and appartments  the appartments showed fiber available flats not so Why???? However they also made a pavement error in the installation so it was early 2023 before the mistake was corrected  in the mean time I found out what was going on.    My account with talktalk is listed as a flat so no fiber service although  as an appartment openreach had installed the fiber and their ONT back in August.    I have explained all this until I am blue in the face.  I have even had two arrangements to install the  EERO  always cancelled without notice or explanation. The only option is to speak to the Full fibre team, they might be able to raise an ORDI for FTTP.
