I have had a Guarantee download broadband speed of 32 mbps all of sudden you dropped it to 24mbps I would like to know why still got nine months of my contact to go been with long Long time now never missed one payment been happy with service thank you.

TalkTalk will not have dropped your speed, you either have a fault on the line or problems in your property. To prove which, if you log on to your router, what speeds does it show there?
