Hi, my broadband was working this morning at about 0730hrs and then I appear to have lost connection…I rebooted several times but no go. I contacted the ‘help’ desk and the automated response was there is a problem somewhere between my home and the exchange. Can you please check if that’s correct as it seems I will have to wait 2-3days for open reach to attend. ….. Regards, Adrian

Hi all, it seems it was a general broadband issue as it was causing numerous talktalk customers to lose internet……anyway it’s back on now! Thanks to all for the info.
