Am trying to access LiveChat within opening hours. Just get the whirly thing regardless of browser and/or connection. Are the chat lines down?

I've just tried it and the live chat window opened straight away. Do you have a popup blocker enabled on your browser?Chris

No problem with the service. Just need to access the LiveChat which doesn't seem to be working
