Hi
I own two business sites and had to change their site ip addresses. After doing so they are "not found" on the talk talk wifi network.
I can view them on my mobile data, I can view them with a VPN turned on.
They are not blocked by homesafe as its not on.
So how on earth are they being blocked or not found just by wifi?

It may well be a TalkTalk issue if the TalkTalk DNS isn't updated in respect of your websites but all you'll be told is to wait for the DNS to update. DNS propagation delay is inevitable as you'll know. But you can access via other DNS as you've said.
What happened when you changed the TalkTalk router primary DNS to 1.1.1.1 ?

Hi, yes I have also cleared DNS cache on one pc, but it's all devices, and it didn't make any difference.
This is a talk talk issue, and I don't know how to resolve it, as contacting their support will be the usual brick wall of zero knowledge.

Clear the DNS cache? or use a non-TalkTalk DNS in your router? Try Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 primary DNS.

I did the thirty minute switch off, didn't make any difference. This has never happened before, and its meant I cannot access my own websites to conduct my business for two days.
Absolutely ridiculous and I don't know where else to go with this now.

DNS propagation delay? The TalkTalk DNS 79.79.79.79 does seem to take a while to get updated. Try switching the router off for 30 minutes, to start a new Internet session, and clearing the DNS cache.
