My fibre 150 went live last Tuesday, but the eero 6 router wouldn't connect to the internet. The app said it had found the eero 6, but it wouldn't get an external ip address. After many hours on the chat to talktalk, they decided the router didn't work and they sent me a new one. Which has the same problem. I feel like I must be doing
something wrong. Please help if you can, I can't afford another week without WiFi

I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and investigate it for you.
They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.
