Connected no internet

Can "connect" but no internet.  Any ideas?

When your internet goes down, it doesn't stop you from connecting to the router. I suspect that's what's happening here. Log into your router (maybe at http://192.168.1.1/ - check your instructions) and it will tell you if it's currently connected. to the internet

You say that you can  'connect', but what are you connected to, other than to the internet?

If you are connected to the internet, then there IS internet.
