My Internet keeps disconnecting from all devices in my house every 20-30 minutes,even though on the router it displays a white light.

 

i have to manualy turn the router on and off,which temporaraly fixes it for 20-30 minutes until it happens again and again.

please assist me

Good morning,

 

Update 8:40PM  December 17th 2024 - Our team are in the process of applying a solution to all impacted Wi-Fi Hubs and aim to resolve this by tomorrow morning.

No additional update as yet. Our engineers are still investigating and working to resolve this. We'll hopefully know more later on today.

Morning,

 

I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line now which is clear. Our Network/Faults Team are currently looking into a possible issue (white light on router/no connection) and once I know more I will keep you updated here.

I today, spent 4 hours waiting for a tech agent to sort out exactly the same problem.He reset my router,checked lines etc.It stopped doing it for 30 mins then started doing it again.Im constantly switching router on /off.
